Meet the doctors
Olivia Pan, DVM
Dr. Pan grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University where she majored in Biologic Sciences and minored in Psychology and Chinese. After college, she worked her first veterinary job as a veterinary assistant which solidified her decision to go to veterinary school. She attended Cornell University for her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree and then continued on to a 1 year rotating internship in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Radiology at Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California.
After her internship, Dr. Pan joined VCA Hospitals and worked in upstate New York for 4 years. She then moved to Richmond, Virginia where she was Medical Director of two separate veterinary hospitals. She was awarded 2013 and 2015 Regional Medical Director of the Year and both of her hospitals won numerous customer service awards.
Her special interests include ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.
On her off time, Dr. Pan enjoys hiking, baking, knitting, swimming and competing in half marathons. She is very excited to join Desert View Animal Hospital and looks forward to serving this community.

Meet our team
Chelsea was originally from New Mexico but grew up all over the United States. She graduated from Kaplan Tech School in 2008 and has been working in the veterinary field since. Chelsea brings dependability, honesty, and friendliness to Desert View Animal Hospital and has been a great asset to the hospital. When she is not working, she likes to cook, spend time with family and friends, and watch TV with her dog, Quinneva and two cats, Cash and Zero.
Jonathan was born in California but raised in west Phoenix. He has always loved animals. As a little kid he found frogs, lizards, and chickens, but trying to keep them as pets never worked out. Jonathan went to school at Carrington College in 2011 and works full time at Arizona Humane Society in the dog and cat isolation and trauma hospital. In his spare time, he likes to cook and spend time with his family. He has 3 dogs and 1 cat. Molly, Raja, Chanel, and Gucci.
I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, where I grew up surrounded by pets, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a snake. My love for animals naturally led me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, which I began in March 2000 after moving to Pinetop, AZ, at the age of 14. In 2001, I returned to Phoenix to get married, and I now have two wonderful children and a home filled with cats and a dog. When I'm not working, I cherish spending time at home with my family.
